The Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) certification is the first level of
certification for Oracle Developer. Individuals who hold this credential have
demonstrated that they have mastered introductory Oracle skills and can perform
foundation level tasks. It is necessary to hold this certification before moving
on to the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) level and ultimately the Oracle
Certified Master (OCM) level.
Candidates must complete two exams in order to complete the requirements for the
OCA DBA credential. They have a choice of three exams for their first exam:
